Secure storage of secrets for non-managed connections#70

As an AutoBlocks user

I need to store secrets securely for connections and endpoints I have configured in AutoBlocks which are not managed via AutoBlocks connections. Example: secrets for GitHub, GitLab, HTTP endpoints, etc

In order to alleviate the security concerns of my users and stakeholders and to better support platforms that are not yet supported with managed connections.
