Provide a central place for active listeners#67

As an AutoBlocks user

I need to able to find all my active listeners for a workspace in one place

In order to configure and manage them at any time (without having to refer to the reporting screen when I activated them)

we’ve added a new screen to the Manage Workspace modal to display all listeners. We’ll be adding listener status and configuration links to this screen very soon. Stay tuned
