Make the console bigger on first load#44

I’ve noted every demo we’ve done on this, whenever we deploy, the person demoing pulls open the console bigger than it opens - why don’t we just make it load slightly larger?

Ultimately we plan to tackle this with a full height activity log on the left hand side of the screen as per the final UX design.
