What is the function of "Clean up Blocks"#42

I’m not sure if understand correctly the function of “Clean up Blocks”. I was expecting that it it will clear the codes in the blocks, or delete all the blocks from the workplace (which is actually provided by “Delete x Blocks” manu item). It basically gather all the block into the center and line up vertically. Is that the expected behaviour?

This is expected behaviour and inherited from Google Blockly. It probably makes more sense as a function once we have all the available blocks in place instead of just code blocks.
