Connections dialog min-height#29

Currently the connections dialog resizes based on the number of items inside, but when a filter is applied that yields one result (or one row, rather) the dialog resizes and jumps a bit on the screen.

Not sure it’s the same issue as described in the ticket. I’ll attach the gif of the behaviour in Slack as it’s bigger than 2.5MB

We’ve addressed this by anchoring all modals to the top of the screen rather than centring them. We also plan to apply min height to them as well
